Hello everyone!

I'd like to start with the qualifying. The first time during the championship I'm pleased with the qual result. I've been hoping that our team would be much more competitive than it was two weeks ago in Norisring. So as we see the progress is evident. Maybe I could set the pole time but the mistake on the hotlap didn't allowed to improve the laptime but the 2nd place is not a defeat. Anyway, thanks to Petr for the setup ?

However the first race didn't go brilliantly. First of all I've failed the start and didn't manage to minimize the wheel spin. As a result Michal has just flew by. Since then the cat-and-mouse games began when I catch Michal, make a mistake and shorten the gap again. And it is a vicious circle. On the final lap I've made an attempt to attack but it wasn't successful. After making a contact the decision to return the position was made. Don't know whether I was right or not but at that moment I felt it was my fault. Sorry for that. 5th pace left the chance to fight for a podium at least.

The start of the 2nd race was as awful as it was in the first race but somehow the position was held so it was time to move on! After short but nice battles with Jakub and Petr it was time to catch Michal. And cat-and-mouse games continued. I've started thinking of alternative strategy to stay on a track almost until the end of the race but the soft tyres were completely destroyed and the pace was too low, After a pitstop the status quo remained so all I had to do was making enough pressure to overtake and finally the overtaking maneuver worked. The 2nd place was mine but Daniel was able to maintain the gap of 18 seconds. Until the end of the race Michal didn't give up and kept pressuring. Hopefully the the race was over without another incidents and it is a pretty good result in these conditions. Anywat thanks everyone for these races, especially Michal, wonderful example of mastership it was.
